New Hampshire Theatre Project

New Hampshire Theatre Project is located in the West End, the heart of Portsmouth, NH’s alternative arts district. Our versatile and intimate 50-seat black box space is a fully-accessible home to all on-site programs as well as MainStage productions. Our theatre is air-conditioned and there is ample free parking.

A 501(c)3 non-profit organization, NHTP is supported in part by the NH Charitable Foundation, NH State Council for the Arts, NH Humanities, National Endowment for the Humanities, and the National Endowment for the Arts. We also receive generous support from hundreds of individuals, local businesses and community organizations.
