Join us as Katie Semro, owner of Shipwreck Ferments, guides us through the easy step by step process to make delicious Cranberry Ginger Kraut! You can join Katie (virtually) and make kraut in your kitchens at the same time, or just watch. Katie will give info about fermentation, do her kraut demo and answer questions.
