Word Barn Comedy Night is BACK inside The Word Barn for a hilarious and fun night filled with laughter!

Get ready for some laughs as the Word Barn Comedy Night returns with headliner Josh Day, and special guests Casey Crawford (Jimmy Kimmel Live), Kylie Alexander (Women In Comedy Festival), Matt Kaye (Finalist Boston Comedy Festival), and host Matt Fanikos (Boston Comedy Festival).

"Doors" open at 7pm, show at 8pm.

Josh Day, a New Hampshire native and current Massachusetts resident, has been performing comedy for 10 years. He began his comedy career after a freak paddle boarding accident left him with a broken neck, paralyzed from the waist up, but was very lucky and regained near full mobility. After having broken his neck, Josh decided it was time to break a leg doing stand-up. Josh enjoys making people laugh away life’s trials and tribulations, if just for a fleeting moment. With a mixture of wordplay, personal stories, off the cuff riffs and self-deprecation, Josh enjoys making crowds laugh, think and leave with good spirits.

Josh has produced/hosted one of NH’s longest running continuous comedy shows the “Stone Church Comedy Series” at the Stone Church Meeting House in Newmarket, NH. Also, currently produces/hosts Word Barn Comedy Series in Exeter NH,  Cisco Brewers Comedy Series in Portsmouth NH, SNHU Comedy Night in Manchester NH and The MiddleEast in Cambridge MA. In the past he has run shows at The Burren in Somerville MA, Brandeis University in Waltham MA and many other independent shows. Josh’s priorities include comedy, helping people forget their woes, and assisting in bringing his brand of humor to your venue. 

He has Headlined at Denver Comedy Lounge, Denver Comedy Underground, Stone Church Meeting House, Empire Comedy Club and several other venues.

At this time, proof of full vaxx and mandatory mask wearing is required to enter The Word Barn.
