Join Dr. Kathy Bullock, internationally renowned vocalist and song leader for an uplifting weekend full of the power, strength, and camaraderie that come from singing together. From slave spirituals to Civil Rights songs to blues, rock and roll, and even Top 40, Dr. Bullock will teach participants harmonies and vocal techniques from the African American tradition. In addition, she'll deepen the meaning behind the songs by sharing stories of where they came from and why they're still as important to our culture now as they ever were before.
