Portsmouth Mini-Con 40 (PMC40) is an intimate boutique celebrity show featuring classic and modern Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles creators and associates. 

This extremely limited attendance event celebrates the 40th anniversary of the original Portsmouth Mini-Con in 1984, that featured the premiere of Eastman and Laird's beloved characters.

PMC40 is a fan tribute honoring those that helped propel the TMNT to their current multi-billion dollar popularity. PMC40 strives to replicate the original premiere event by retaining minimal capacity and being held in the same city by the original organizer. 

This exclusive event will allow a limited number of fans the chance to support and spend quality time with the people that helped define the future of Mirage Studios.   

Attendees will meet creators that have not attended events since the 1990's along with creators not widely known to have had history with the TMNT. A select group of modern creators will join these comic book legends, making this a truly unprecedented event. 

PMC40 is not a traditional "Comic-Con" convention event. It is a reunion of celebrities that have brought so much joy into our lives. It's a Turtle Celebration for the hardest of hardcore fans.*

Breathing room - Extremely limited attendance.

Hawkers & Peddlers - Only a few personally selected vendors will be on hand. We want you to support creators, not retailers.

Quality and quantity time - You are not pitted against thousands of people

This event is just for you, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Fans.

You really do not need a weekend pass. With so much Turtle history in the area you should spend one day visiting the unmarked & marked TMNT sites around New England.

Agreed! All pass and tabling proceeds go towards facilitating the creator appearances, including but not limited to travel, hotel, food, event hall & equipment, staffing, and creator financial compensation for time and additional expenses.**

IMPORTANT...Buyers that wish to attend both Saturday and Sunday will need to purchase the WEEKEND pass instead of two separate single day passes (i.e., a FULL DAY SATURDAY & a FULL DAY SUNDAY). PLEASE DO NOT DO THAT!

We're trying to ensure as many people as possible can attend.

Children 10 years old and younger are $15 for one day or $25 for the weekend with an accompanying paid adult pass - limited to one child per adult pass. Children's pass will include a child's TMNT gift bag. Child must be with an adult at the time of entry and remain with their adult for the duration of their visit.  Children's packages will need to be purchased separately from adult packages.

PLEASE don't show up and say "I KNOW RALPH.” unless you have a pass.
