Rascal Van is a band fronted by Aedan MacDougall, a 19-year-old songwriter born in Scotland, currently based in Portland, Maine. He has spent the last two years meticulously crafting a catalog of songs with his band as well as with solo projects. Influenced by Scottish folk acts and American Indie Rock, Rascal Van creates a sound that is both emotionally compelling yet uplifting and inspiring. For the past year, they have been playing sold-out headline dates across Portland and also opening for national acts such as Genevieve Stokes.
